How a stay works with no deposit
Stays requires no deposit, no guarantor and no co-signer. The backing is the Renteo Protection Program: a structured process for incidents with notice and defined timelines, plus the Arrival Guarantee — a response within 2 hours and a relocation plan within 24 if the apartment does not match what was advertised. Guests sign their stay terms and digital registration card before receiving the access code; everything is documented end to end.
Renew or leave, no paperwork
Stays renew month by month inside the same stay: before the cut-off day (10 days before check-out) the guest receives the link to pay the next period. Without a renewal, departure is scheduled automatically, with a final deep clean and no extra paperwork. The maximum length is 6 months per stay.
