Who operates the unit?
Renteo does — housekeeping, guest registration, payments and support. You never handle day-to-day operations.
When do I receive my money?
After each paid period and a short guest-conformity window, the amount is released for disbursement to your account, documented in your monthly statement.
Who sets the rate?
You set the minimum monthly rate in the flow — we can never publish below it. The active rate is managed to keep your unit occupied, never under your minimum.
Can I still use my apartment?
Yes. Block dates from your portal whenever there is no stay in progress — the calendar is enforced automatically.
What do I need to publish?
A furnished unit, at least 5 photos, your property certificate (CTL), your tax details and the digital signature of the mandate. The flow checks the list for you.
What if something happens in the unit?
Every stay is documented end to end: signed stay terms, registration card, and photographic service records from every housekeeping visit. That file is the basis for handling any incident.
How many units can I publish?
Up to two units while they complete their first stay; after that, your portfolio grows with you.
Does my building allow this?
The flow asks you to declare that your building's co-ownership rules allow hospitality operation — check them before publishing.
